My wife's GLE had the Check Engine light on. The car was just out of warranty window and I was dreading high service... cost at the dealership. I decided to give Texas International Motors a try. Boy, that was the best decision for a long time. They took the car to the back once I arrived and took it back to the front after 40 minutes. I was told the light was related to a small leak from the fuel tank because the cap may not be tightened properly. The cost of the work was ZERO! Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. 40 minutes of work on Saturday and they didn't charge me a penny, which said a lot about their service and mission. I will definitely work with them in the future and am very glad I can avoid the dealership.read more

Ever since I took my CLS 550 to Texas International Motors (TIM), I have become TIM's regular, loyal customer. Meant to write this review way earlier, like 6 months ago! Have been coming here for the majority of the maintenance on... my 2012 Mercedes and have always gotten a much better price than the dealership! Owner has been up front and friendly every time. Usually I'll drop my car off in the morning before work, catch a ride downtown to the office with the shop's driver, then get a ride after work to pick up the car. Have also had a water pump replaced here via aftermarket warranty and that went smoothly.Will be returning in a few weeks for another oil change!read more
