I have been using them for years. I have never been stranded because they are very thorough with every oil change or service on my Mercedes Benz. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!
I was visiting out of town and had some issues with my Audi. On a Saturday of all days during the week they were able to get me in, out, all fixed in less than 2 hours. Would visit this shop again if I ever needed to.

Great work on my car!! A good service center for an old car is difficult to find, most privately owned shops can't keep up with the technology. This team was on top of everything my vehicle needed. They got their diagnosis correct because my car is running great now. Highly recommend these guys!!

My wife's GLE had the Check Engine light on. The car was just out of warranty window and I was dreading high service cost at the dealership. I decided to give Texas International Motors a try. Boy, that was the best decision for a long time. They took the car to the back once I arrived and took it back to the front after 40 minutes. I was told the light was related to a small leak from the fuel tank because the cap may not be tightened properly. The cost of the work was ZERO! Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. 40 minutes of work on Saturday and they didn't charge me a penny, which said a lot about their service and mission. I will definitely work with them in the future and am very glad I can avoid the dealership.

Ever since I took my CLS 550 to Texas International Motors (TIM), I have become TIM's regular, loyal customer. I don't even bother to go to the dealership because of the difference in both quality of service and cost of repairs.
Yesterday, I took my CLS 550 to TIM because one of its tires had a nail in it and kept losing pressure. José, an expert in my opinion, not only had the leak patched (no more leaks & pressure drops) but did not charge me anything.
He is a consummate professional who understands his customers & what it takes to provide high-quality service.

Reap off they flooded my car and didn't take responsibility for their actions and jose is a horrible owner ,they wanted me to file a claim with my insurance, when they had my car for 2 months and it was in their position when the incident happened

I been coming to TIM for about 2 years now, they have fixed anything from something as small as an oil change or light bulb replacement to a job that requires multiple hours of work. I have always been satisfied with their work. TIM is also fair with their pricing specially when compared to other foreign shops around and/or the dealership. But more than anything i am always returning because of the excellent work of Jose & Cesar. Those guys have always made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Cesar has been the hands on mechanic for my vehicle and he has earned my complete trust, i look forward to continue business with these guys.

Returned loyal customer. It is wasn't for this place, I would have sold my BMW convertible and go with a Lexus. Very honest and professional service. My cabin fan stopped working. They quickly made the diagnosis and replace the regulator. The labor cost was fair and honest. Highly recommended.

Took my Porsche boxer here to get a tune up and oil change. What’s cool is that they let me watch the work being done so I got to see every aspect of the tune up job. They were fast and seemed very focused on doing things thoroughly and I believe that given what I paid it was a great service.

The service I received was phenomenal. We thought we needed our engine replaced but it turned out the issue was something a lot more simple and a lot less expensive. I'm glad they didn't try to upsell us or recommend to do more repairs than needed.

Over the years TEXAS international motors saved me thousands of dollars over dealerships as well as taking care of my cars the first time. There was not a problem they couldn’t solve when the Mercedes dealer could be puzzled at times what the root cause of the problem was. Recommend them for all European cars.

I take all the Mercedes's to Texas International Motors for service or bodywork. They perform excellent service (Better than a dealer) at a reasonable price. They brought the 06 E320 back to life and keep the 2014 ML350 running at top shape. The friends I have referred to them are very happy with them and me for saving them $.

Maziar and Jose was dishonested with me about my quote .. From 3200.. 3500.. to 5900 .. & Charge me 250.00 without consulting with me first.. I was told by Jose 1-2 hrs for diagnostic was free .. and that I would be contacted if it took longer & be quoted a fee ... That never happened... Bottom line.. I got scammed out of 250.00 & then was told to pickup my car... That Maziar didn’t want to do business with me! That’s real customer service right.... If you’re a lady ... I would stay far away from this place!!!!!!

Took a BMW 750 here to be inspected before I bought it. They were great and very knowledgeable. Told me about the materials the engine block was made of... they kept me from buying a car with a lot of issues even though it looked and ran great. Only charged me $139 for this Pre Purchase Inspection. Before I buy any EURO car, i'm taking it here!

Meant to write this review way earlier, like 6 months ago! Have been coming here for the majority of the maintenance on my 2012 Mercedes and have always gotten a much better price than the dealership! Owner has been up front and friendly every time. Usually I'll drop my car off in the morning before work, catch a ride downtown to the office with the shop's driver, then get a ride after work to pick up the car. Have also had a water pump replaced here via aftermarket warranty and that went smoothly.
Will be returning in a few weeks for another oil change!
